About Me

👋 Hi! I'm Marta Ramírez Vaquero

I work with ethical projects that want to communicate authentically and build a meaningful digital presence—without losing their essence.

I have a hybrid background: over five years in customer support and multilingual service, a foundation in translation, and ongoing training in web development. My approach blends sensitivity, structure, and clarity, with a strong commitment to accessibility, ethics, and positive impact.

A journey that connects people and technology

My path began with words and cultures: literary translation, hospitality, multilingual communication. I learned to listen, adapt, and translate ideas with care.

Over time, this passion for building bridges led me to purpose-driven tech and web design: always in service of people, never the other way around.

Training and tools

I’m currently completing a Higher Vocational Degree in Web Development, with knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, WordPress, and accessible design.

I work with tools like Notion, Trello, Google Workspace, and Slack, and bring together technical skills with experience in customer care, QA, and cultural localization.

I work in Spanish, English, French, Catalan, and Chinese (at various levels).

How I work

I value working with calm, clarity, and empathy. I believe in tailored processes—adapting each website or text to the rhythm of the person behind it.

I’m equally comfortable with writing and the technical side, and I enjoy supporting others through each step of the process.

Core values

🌍 Cultural Diversity — I’m inspired by diversity. I’ve lived and worked in multicultural settings and adapt with care.

🤝 Empowerment — Technology should uplift more voices, not silence them.

🌱 Sustainability — Emotional, social, and professional. I believe in ways of working that are nurturing and intentional.
